Catherine Ewing
Chief Sales Officer
When I was asked to write a blog, I panicked! Never written one before.. But then I started and it came so easily to me. So buckle up, grab a cuppa and have a read!
There is a moment in every company's story where momentum shifts. Where what you have built quietly becomes something that the market cannot ignore. For Global Telecom Networks, I believe we are living that moment right now - and I could not be prouder to be part of leading our commercial growth through it.
Having recently stepped into the role of Chief Sales Officer, I have had the privilege of seeing this business from a new vantage point. What I see is extraordinary. An organisation that started with a clear vision - to be the trusted Global managed service provider for enterprise mobility, connectivity, Unified Communications & Contact Centre - and has grown into something genuinely world-class.
The numbers back this up. The uptick in businesses seeking to partner with us is remarkable, and it shows no signs of slowing.
One partner, one relationship.
The business landscape has changed. Companies operating across multiple territories - from the US to Europe and beyond - have historically had to stitch together a patchwork of local mobile contracts, local suppliers, and local account managers. The overhead is significant. The complexity is exhausting. The lack of consistency is a genuine operational risk.
GTN exists to solves this. We act as the single, Global Managed Service provider for enterprise mobility contracts across the globe. Whether a business has 50 devices in London and 200 in New York, or a field team spread across six European markets, we bring everything under one roof. One contract. One relationship. One team who knows your business inside out.
That simplicity has real commercial value. Our clients are seeing material reductions in operational overhead - no more chasing multiple suppliers for invoices, no more inconsistent service levels, and no more gaps in coverage. We handle it all.
Local knowledge at a global scale
What sets us apart is not just our reach - it is our depth. Operating across different territories means navigating different regulatory environments, compliance requirements, and market conventions. We understand those nuances. Our team has the expertise to ensure that every deployment is compliant, efficient, and right for each region.
And when it comes to billing, we remove friction entirely. Whether your finance team prefers to be billing in pounds, euros, or dollars, we accommodate it. For international businesses, the ability to receive invoices in their preferred currency is a small detail that makes a very large operational difference.
A partnership built on trust
Enterprise mobility is not a commodity purchase. These are long-term operational decisions that touch every corner of a business. Our clients do not just want a supplier - they want a partner. Someone they can call. Someone who knows their estate, their challenges, and their ambitions.
That is the relationship GTN builds. We invest in understanding our clients' businesses, and they trust us to keep their mobile estate running seamlessly. The feedback we receive consistently reflects this - our clients are happy, and more importantly, they stay with us and grow with us.
Trusted across industries

We are proud to be supporting major names across retail, healthcare, property, consultancy, and legal. These are sectors where mobility is business-critical - where field teams, remote workers, and global travellers depend on reliable, well-managed connectivity to do their jobs.
Each of these industries has its own demands, its own compliance considerations, and its own operational rhythms. Our experience across all of them means we bring sector-informed thinking to every conversation, not just generic mobile solutions.
Beyond mobile: the full picture

This is just the beginning. What started as enterprise mobility has grown into something far broader. We are seeing a significant uptick in clients partnering with us not just for mobiles, but for cloud telephony, contact centre solutions, and in-country connectivity.
This is our tried-and-tested model applied at a greater scale. Businesses that have trusted us to manage their mobile estate are now asking us to do the same for their wider communications infrastructure. That confidence - that extension of trust - is the greatest endorsement of what we have built.
It also means GTN is positioned at the heart of how modern businesses communicate. That is an exciting place to be.
We show up
One thing that will never change about GTN is our commitment to being present. We travel to support our clients through rollouts. We conduct on-site account reviews. When a business is deploying devices across a new territory or refreshing its estate, we are there.
In a world that has become increasingly remote, there is something powerful about a partner who turns up. It signals commitment. It builds confidence. And it means any challenges are resolved faster, because we are in the room.

UK roots. Global soul.
GTN is headquartered in the UK with offices in Portugal & USA, and we are proud of that foundation. But our presence is truly global. Our clients span continents. Our expertise crosses borders. And our ambition is as wide as the businesses we serve.
We may have started here, but we are growing everywhere - and the momentum behind that growth is something I find genuinely energising.
I am incredibly proud of the company GTN is today. And even more excited about the company we are becoming.
If you are exploring what a Global Managed Service Provider model could mean for your business - or if you are already a client and curious about the broader solutions we now offer - I would love to hear from you. The world is calling. Let's answer it together.
