Important Instructions for SIM Card Migration
1. Collect your physical SIM
Please pick up the physical SIM card from the office.
Carry it with you at all times.
2. Service transfer timing
The service transfer will occur on the designated migration day. This will take place between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
3. SIM swap procedure
- Once you lose signal from your old SIM card, remove it with the SIM ejector tool from your device and insert the new SIM card.
4. Device restart
After inserting the new SIM card, please restart your device. This will complete the setup process.
5. Voicemail setup
Once the new SIM is active, you will need to set up your voicemail again.

Set up voicemail on EE
Text Activation:
Send VM ON to 150 from your EE mobile.
Alternative Activation:
Dial 07953 222 222 or 222 from your EE mobile to access voicemail settings.
Set up voicemail on Vodafone
Dial 1211 and press Send to activate voicemail.
