Important Instructions for SIM Card Migration
1. Collect your physical SIM
- Please pick up the physical SIM card from the office. 
- Carry it with you at all times. 
2. Service transfer timing
- The service transfer will occur on the designated migration day. This will take place between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM. 
3. SIM swap procedure
- Once you lose signal from your old SIM card, remove it with the SIM ejector tool from your device and insert the new SIM card.
4. Device restart
- After inserting the new SIM card, please restart your device. This will complete the setup process. 
5. Voicemail setup
- Once the new SIM is active, you will need to set up your voicemail again.

Set up voicemail on EE
Text Activation:
Send VM ON to 150 from your EE mobile.
Alternative Activation:
Dial 07953 222 222 or 222 from your EE mobile to access voicemail settings.
Set up voicemail on Vodafone
Dial 1211 and press Send to activate voicemail.
